The location couldn't be more marvellous and amazing on the frozen river. Moreover, it was really close to areas to see the Northern Lights and the lake. Stayed at a big room with huge wardrobe and comfortable beds and fantastic views.

Its location is stunning and marvellous next to taxi, which costs €45 one way, Kiruna center, railway station or airport and a Sami museum.

The location and the position, great work that the artists do there. The tour was great, thank you for that.

Not sleepable in the cold room, sleeping bags too thin. When trying to rebook in the night at the reception to a warm room, no alternative was offered.only for 140 EUR surcharge at one o'clock in the morning, although I already paid 245 EUR for the night. Eat or die. Very, very sad.

Booked to see the northern lights. Stayed in a warm room with kitchenette and free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Rooms cleaned, although shower setup could be improved. Beautiful river and ice sculpture. Winter gear provided for free. Amazing experience in the Icehotel 365 Art Suite. Friendly staff, hot lingonberry juice, and sauna. Highlight was the icebar. Non-touristy dog sledding tour with well-cared-for dogs. Fantastic service and food in the restaurant. Incredible breakfast. Dream come true seeing the Northern lights!

I truly enjoyed the nicely decorated room with huge wardrobe and the staff were delightfully helpful! The location was stunning and lovely; near a church and a museum. It was 17 minutes' drive from the airport.

there were exceptionally comfortable beds and a kitchenette area and a kettle inside the room. the staff was extremely friendly and patient when we had questions. the hotel was in a marvellous position next to the river, the `` overspill '' restaurant and the different areas.
